Intermitten fasting
To start your fast (Your last meal before your fast from eating)
-Eat 4-6oz of broccoli with a table spoon of coconut oil (this will help keep you from being super hungry during fasting time)
To Break your fast
-Eat 4-6 ounces of bone broth
What is ok to have while fasting
-Black coffee
-Tea- No Sweetener, no creamer
NOTHING with artificial sweeteners
Make sure you eat enough food during window based off your goals
Start by fasting for 16hours work your way up to 20hours if you can
Stay hydrated drinking a lot of water will help you from being too too hungry
DO NOT COMBINE FATS WITH CARBS (FOR YOUR FIRST MEAL BREAKING FAST ONLY)
